Victoria Perry supports the planning process as Plans Development Coordinator, ensuring designs are functional, accurate, and client-focused.

Originally from Roanoke, VA, she earned her degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism from Radford University before gaining six years of hospitality and project management experience in Hilton Head. Since joining Front Light in 2024, Victoria has applied her strong background in client service and attention to detail to the homebuilding process. She is passionate about building relationships and helping clients feel confident as their homes take shape. Victoria treasures spending time with her fiancé, Deon, and their dog, Rubie. She enjoys exploring the Low Country and taking in its natural beauty. An avid fan of pickleball and spin class, she loves staying active and having fun. Family is incredibly important to her, and she is passionate about serving her community through her faith. Whether it’s making memories with loved ones, staying active, or giving back to others, Victoria finds joy in both connection and service.
