After having their first child, Giuliana, John decided that it was time to end his career in the oil and gas industry in favor of making the move back to Bluffton, South Carolina. After having two more children, John Richard III (TRIPP) and Dominic, John has learned to slow down a little more in life. John started with Front Light in late 2021 excited to return to his past-life career in construction where his career had started back in 2015 when John was a project manager in the industry.
