Tom Grieve serves as Vice President of the Lowcountry Market, bringing more than two decades of hands-on and leadership experience in homebuilding.
He began his career as a superintendent for a custom builder on Hilton Head Island, later managing projects for a national homebuilding company before earning his builder’s license. Known for his attention to detail and customer-first approach, Tom ensures every home meets Front Light’s high standards of quality. Originally from San Antonio, he now calls Bluffton home, where he is active in youth sports as both a coach and board member. Tom and his wife, Angelique, enjoy family time with their three children.
