Sara Williamsen

Design Coordinator

Sara was born on Long Island, New York, and moved to Bluffton, South Carolina at a young age. She has always had an interest in art and design ever since she was a little girl.

As Design Coordinator, Sara Williamsen supports the Front Light design team with creativity and attention to detail.

Originally from Long Island and raised in Bluffton, she graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Berkeley College, along with interior design coursework. After interning with Front Light for over a year, she joined full-time to continue growing in the field she has loved since childhood. Outside of work Sara enjoys being on a boat on the May River, Sunday football, or enjoying time with family, friends, and her boyfriend.

“After being born in New York, I moved to Bluffton at a young age and spent my school years here, cheerleading throughout middle and high school. After graduating, I became the assistant coach for the same varsity cheerleading team I had just been part of. During that time, I also coached recreational and competitive gymnastics while earning my Associate in Arts from the Technical College of the Lowcountry. My favorite things about living in the Lowcountry are boating, spending time with friends and family, and golfing with my boyfriend.” –
