Matt joined Front Light Building Co. in 2024.

Matt Horsley joined Front Light in 2024 as Controller, bringing over two decades of finance and accounting experience.

A graduate of Miami University with a degree in Accounting, he served as a Marine Corps Officer before passing the CPA exam and beginning his civilian career. Matt spent 22 years with NVR, Inc., a Fortune 500 homebuilding and mortgage banking company, where he held leadership roles in finance and accounting. At Front Light, he blends corporate expertise with a personal passion for quality homes and customer care. Matt and his wife recently relocated to the Lowcountry with their Springer Spaniel and enjoy boating and dining in Beaufort.
