Judalys Perez joined Front Light Building Co. In 2020. Before moving to the Lowcountry in 2019 with her family, Judalys lived in Tampa, Florida.

She Has A Bachelor of Arts In Business Administration In Management From Saint Leo University. Judalys Has A Background In Finance, Banking, And Insurance.

During her last few years in Tampa, she served as a bank officer for a large Florida-based community bank. Judalys has a passion for customer service and loves being part of creating dream homes.

Moving to Beaufort has been an amazing experience for Judalys and her family. During her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and 3-year-old son as they explore local shops, restaurants, and parks.
