The Craftsmanship is Top-Notch
Front Light completed our home in 2023, and we are extremely pleased with the entire build process! They worked with us each step of the way. We had regular, sometimes daily conversations with FLBC as we decided on the appropriate home for our needs, which was unique and challenging. We desired an ADA accessible home for our son, with wider doors, a roll-in shower, an open flow within the home to maneuver a wheelchair. They did it all! FLBC had a concept of how this accessible home should be. They designed a perfect home for our needs, including an exterior ramp, and appropriate sight-lines on the porches to be able to enjoy the views from wheelchair height. The craftsmanship is top-notch with each room of the house designed to meet what our vision was. Each week the excellent site project manager provided updates and photos of the build process, and the design team did the same with our interior selections.
Front Light is like family to us, and their personal customer care was and continues to be spectacular. They provide post-closing warranty support, continuing their outstanding customer relationship. The FLBC motto is Lowcountry Living at its Best. It certainly is with the home they built for us!
